  • Preferred vendor list available upon request.
  • separate get-ready suites for the couple
  • commercial quality white tent with cafe lights
  • covered, hardscaped lower patio (serves as dance floor) and open air upper patio
  • ceremony space with pergola
  • 8-foot tables for your guests
  • additional tables for cake, etc
  • floor-length linens in your choice of color
  • facility access for eighteen hours, split between our two spaces.
  • more time can be added at the wedding venue rate for rehearsals, additional time decorating, etc.
  • set-up and tear-down of tables, chairs and tent
  • caterer's kitchen with freezer, refrigerator, warmer, sinks and plenty of counter space.

50 guests - $3,850

75 guests - $4,400

100 guests - $4,950

150 guests - $6,050

*we require day-of insurance policy of $1M naming Henry Manor Events as additional insured, which only costs $100-$200 depending on your provider.

intimate events

elopements & microweddings

microweddings are usually less than 50 people and can be as simple or intricate as you want to make it!

we can accommodate indoor weddings up to 25 people, and outdoor weddings up to 150 people.

Our base package is ultra-minimalist and starts at $500. This price includes access to the manor OR the ground floor & gardens for four hours ($125/hour, 4-hour minimum rental) and set-up and tear-down of tables & chairs.

linens, tent, decorating, coordination, and other services are available as add-ons for an additional cost.
