*we require day-of insurance policy of $1M naming Henry Manor Events as additional insured, which only costs $100-$200 depending on your provider.

- we're flexible - craft the event you want!
- Two spaces are available - The Gardens and The Formal First Floor.
- Each space is $125/hour, with a 4-hour minimum rental period. If you like, we can add more time, add a tent, or add linens.
- Formal First Floor - microweddings up to 25 people (can fit ceremony + reception)
- Formal First Floor - parties/showers/receptions up to 40 people (can fit reception only)
- The Gardens - events of any type up to 100 people.
