Victorian garden weddings

outdoor weddings

priced by guest count and includes:

  • white tent with cafe lights
  • covered, hardscaped lower patio (serves as dance floor) and open air upper patio
  • ceremony space
  • 8-foot tables for your guests
  • additional tables for cake, etc
  • floor-length linens in your choice of color
  • Facility access for eighteen hours, split between our two spaces.
  • More time can be added at the wedding venue rate for rehearsals, additional time decorating, etc.
  • Set-up and tear-down of tables, chairs and tent
  • Caterer's kitchen with freezer, refrigerator, warmer, sinks and plenty of counter space.
  • We require day-of insurance policy of $1M naming Henry Manor Events as additional insured, which only costs $100-$200 depending on your provider.

intimate events

elopements & microweddings

microweddings are usually less than 50 people, and can be as simple or intricate as you want to make it!

Our base package is ultra-minimalist and starts at $500. This price includes:

access to the manor OR the ground floor & gardens for four hours ($125/hour, 4-hour minimum rental)

Set-up and tear-down of tables & chairs

tent, decorating, coordination, and other services are not included, but available as add-ons for an additional cost
