formal first floor
Saturdays $125/hour with 10% discounts Friday & Sunday, 25% discount weekdays. Gold, bold color and fun furniture. The perfect setting for your baby or bridal shower, dinner, elopement or meeting. As a bride, groom, or mom-to-be, sit in the place of honor in one of our gorgeous alcoves and open alllll those gifts. In a cocktail/graze/open house setting, up to 50 people is comfortable. For a seated meal, we recommend no more than 40 people. We provide tables, chairs, and linens and clean up afterwards. Three-hour minimum rental required. Includes early access of 1/2 hour with no extra charge.
ground floor + gardens
Saturdays $125/hour with 10% discounts Friday & Sunday, 25% discount weekdays. Includes the beautiful cottage gardens, lower patio, firepit, and comfortable and versatile ground floor rooms. Tables, chairs, and linens are provided for up to 50 people, and we require a 4-hour minimum. Additional guests up to 200 are welcome, additional fees may apply. You can come in 1/2 hour early with no extra charge.

$50 per hour - last minute gathering? Book one of our spaces within two weeks of your party date. We provide the venue and up to five 8-foot tables. You have fun and handle setup and cleanup. Availability limited.
