  • Why are tours offered only during the open houses?

    Open house tours allow current renters to enjoy their rental time, and allow us to keep our costs very accessible. If you'd love to book but can't make it, send us a message and we will try to help.

  • What to expect?

    We are a DIY venue with options to add on service if requested. Once you tour the venue, if you would like to book, we will schedule a call to go over questions and the contract.

  • Can we bring our own food/drink?

    Yes! You can also bring your caterer of choice or ask us for our favorites - we are happy to help. We can suggest bartenders, or you can serve your guests yourself, as long as they are over 21 and it is not a cash bar.

  • What is your capacity?

    Indoors, open house/cocktail events are comfortable up to 40 people, while seated dinners are best kept below 30 people. We welcome parties as small as eight - just ask for availability! Outdoors, we can comfortable host up to 150, although the number is flexible.

  • What about accessibility?

    For the formal first floor, we have a portable ramp that can be installed for wheelchair access, and the bathroom is accessible. The ground floor is level with the outdoors, and there is a slope to access the gardens. There is one step to access the bathrooms on the ground floor.

  • What about parking?

    Onsite, we can accommodate 30-50 cars depending on weather between our parking lot and grass areas. With advance notice, we also have offsite parking available on adjacent properties to accommodate an additional 40-50 cars.

  • What if it rains?

    Well, yeah. Precipitation does happen. We love the outdoors here at The Henry - if you do too, then you've found your people. We recommend considering a tent for any outdoor event just in case.

  • What is included?

    Seating, tables, and setup/teardown are included in all standard rentals. With wedding packages, we include linens, an elegant white tent and lighting.

  • Is the venue a flat fee?

    No! Our wedding packages are specially designed and based around the number of guests, so we are a flexible choice for weddings of any size. Hourly rates are also available for individual spaces on the property with a 4-hour minimum standard rental.

  • Do you have any rental decor?

    Yes! We have some items in house, including backdrops, a mobile bar, tabletop champagne wall, greenery, and our collection of vintage mismatched china and glassware.

  • How many restrooms do you have?

    We have three restrooms - one on the formal first floor and is handicap-accessible, and there are two on the ground floor that have one step to access them.

  • Is there space for a food truck?

    Yes, certainly. We can work with your vendor to arrange access to power, water, or prep facilities if needed.
